Some Hamptons are not good. This is one of them. Upon arrival, staff behind desk needed a shower. 1st room clearly had not been vacuumed. Bathtub was dirty. Got a 2nd room. Better but not great. Would not recommend hotel. Too close to airport, heard planes all day and evening.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Hilton property. Booked adjoining rooms several weeks ago. Arrived at 3pm for checkin and our rooms were not available. We had an event that evening and needed to get ready after a day of travels. We were asked to wait and someone would call us. At 4:15 I went back to the front desk where a new girl was now working (Chase, she was wonderful). She checked and was told our rooms were ready but wanted to inspect them first. After doing so we were told they were still dirty and they needed another hour. Chase apologized and offered to give us points and a discount for the inconvenience. Told us to speak to Noona the manager in the morning. Finally a little after 5 we got our rooms. The rooms appeared to have been quickly cleaned. Beds changed, but the bathrooms were still slightly dirty. Not having an option due to our function we had to stay. In the morning at breakfast the juice machine was down with no other options. Hot tub was also unavailable. I asked to speak to the manager and was told no. Also told we would get only 1000 point for our inconveniences. Said to take it up with corporate. I shouldn’t have requested adjoining rooms and we wouldn’t have had an issue. At this point I was done arguing so we left. Walking out the front door the walkways were glare ice. Honestly would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was pretty standard. Bathroom was nice and clean, looked updated. Walls were very thin, so you could hear the noise in the hallway and from other rooms. There was breakfast included and it was pretty good. Included waffles, eggs, toast etc. Great location.

We normally enjoy staying here. No acknowledgment when we got here for our membership. Container of conditioner was completely empty for first shower. Tried to let someone know but couldn’t even tell the front since no staff were around anytime we went. Gave up and bought a small bottle to get us through the stay. Phone was ringing off the hook a lot of the time. We were in 123 so we could hear it. Definitely not a good room due to location. Phone ringing, loud cheering late at night due to games on tv, staff out back for breaks at 2 am ( loud enough it woke me up and kept me awake), getting breakfast ready so banging of metal containers ( why can’t they keep the door close that early in the morning). Huge crack up the front of the bowl of the toilet.

We stayed for a family visit recently. Easy check in. The room was clean as well as the remaining amenities. Breakfast was served on time and fresh. We would return on our next visit to Buffalo. Exterior was also well maintained.
